Survey for Students

Parents,

Through this unprecedented and difficult time, the Bibb County School System is dedicated to getting through this and continuing your child's important education. We now offer several ways for you to receive news and updates concerning the school system. We could also use your help while making decisions about completing the 2019-2020 school year. I am including a brief survey in this email. It can also be found on the website: https://www.bibbed.org/apps/pages/Covid19

COVID-19 Update

Good afternoon.

Due to the evolving circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and declaration of a state of emergency by President Trump and Governor Ivey, the decision has been made to close all Bibb County Schools effective immediately, beginning tomorrow, Monday, March 16.

Although it had been announced on Friday afternoon that schools would be open through Wednesday afternoon of this upcoming week, it is with an abundance of caution and respect for our most vulnerable friends and family members that we make this difficult decision. A longer statement with additional information will be posted to the district website and all school web pages within the hour, as well as shared via our school-sponsored social media accounts.

Thank you for your support of Bibb County Schools
